EXTRAS + UPGRADES

MINI RECEPTION - $395

Add a traditional touch to your ceremony! The mini reception includes a two-tier cake and a Champagne toast for you and your guests. Choose between traditional or "naked" style, with a choice of flavors. Our florist will match your bouquet and cake floral, and you are also welcome to bring a cake topper.

When booking the mini reception, please add $150 to your deposit.

MARRIAGE LICENSE SERVICE - $293.50

Prefer to skip the visit to the Courthouse? Focus on your special day and let us take care of collecting your license. If you add our license service, everything will be done here for you when you arrive.

LUXURY TRANSPORTATION - $415

Arrive in style to Disney Springs in a shiny white limo! Our limo service that seats 8 passengers includes 3 hours of transportation and a bottle of chilled champagne and toasting glasses.

PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHY - $495

Professional Videography (1 hour of coverage + edited highlight video).

The videographer will take 1 hour of footage, which will be edited into a 3 to 5 minute highlight film.

PHOTOGRAPHY UPGRADES - $150+

Our packages include an hour of photography, with a minimum of 50 final edited images. For more comprehensive coverage during your hour of photos, select from these upgrades:

Upgrade to Level 2 Photography, minimum of 75 edited images - $150

Upgrade to Level 3 Photography, minimum of 100 edited images - $225

INSTAX PIC SESSION

Take a keepsake with you on the very day of your ceremony: 20 vintage-inspired Instax pics (in addition to your photo session). These are not the mini but the full-sized pics, 3.9" x 2.4".

FRESH PREMIUM BOUQUET - $150

Upgrade your bouquet to choose the color scheme and types of flowers.*

*Based on availability of flowers. Some types would require an additional cost.

PERSONALIZED WOODEN SIGN - $150

Add a customized, hand-crafted wedding sign to be displayed during your ceremony, and for you to take with you. The dimensions are 16" tall x 24" wide.

SAND CEREMONY - $45

The sand ceremony is a modern-day version of a unity ceremony. During the wedding, you each pour sand into a glass heart bottle, a symbol of your families uniting in love. Then you take the glass heart jar home as a keepsake!

PROFESSIONAL VIOLINIST - $350

Add a professional violinist to play throughout your ceremony and into your photo session (1 hour).

FAQ'S ABOUT PADDLEFISH CEREMONIES

I’m planning a vow renewal rather than a wedding. Can I still book a package at Paddlefish?

You sure can! You would follow the same procedures as booking a wedding, except that you won’t need a marriage license or legal paperwork of any kind.

What days/times do you perform Paddlefish ceremonies?

Monday through Thursday, in the mornings/afternoons* (during the months of November, December, January, and February, ceremonies can be performed as late as 3:00 pm). In the hotter months, we cannot schedule mid-day or afternoon ceremonies at this venue because there is no shade cover over the ceremony area.

*If you would also like to hold your reception at Paddlefish, your ceremony can be held any day of the week, in the mid-morning or evening (please contact us for reception details!). When booking a weekend date, a $200 weekend fee will apply.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Additionally for US residents we accept personal checks and Venmo, and for UK residents we accept bank transfers (NOTE: If you are a UK resident, paying by bank transfer will save you money vs. using your credit card in most cases!).

Where is Paddlefish located?

Inside Disney Springs- it's best to park in the Lime garage, or utilize the valet parking/taxi drop-off option.

How do I book my ceremony?

Fill in the form on our "Book Now" page, or send an email to Heidi@CentralFloridaWeddingGroup.com, and let her know your full names and preferred ceremony date.

How far in advance are you taking bookings?

We are currently taking bookings up until 18 months from now for Paddlefish.

Can I have more than 20 guests?

Our intimate wedding packages include up to 20 guests. At Paddlefish, you can upgrade to "Tier 2" (21-40 guests), and "Tier 3" (41-60 guests) - please feel free to contact us for the pricing details on these upgrades. You are welcome to have a bridal party standing up with you, but they do count towards your total guest count.

What livestream platform do you use?

We are excited about this, actually! In the past we used Zoom which was great during the pandemic but we found that the functionality of it was lacking. We now use "LoveCast" which will give your at-home viewers a great high-def picture and awesome sound!

What is the "wildflower bouquet" that is included in the packages?

The bouquet and boutonniere that are included in the packages are made with seasonally available flowers - usually roses mixed with other fresh flowers currently in bloom. You can choose the color scheme, but if you are looking for specific flowers/styles, you would want to upgrade to the "premium" bouquet.

What happens if it rains?

We will either wait out the rain or perform the ceremony in the adjacent room that overlooks the lake. Please read our policies on this link to read about further details regarding weather.

Is there a place to change into my wedding dress?

We generally ask our couples to arrive dressed and ready, but there are restroom facilities you are welcome to use to slip into your wedding clothes if needed.
