Jay moved to Florida from Massachusetts and founded CFWG a few years after graduating from the University of Miami. His vision was to offer affordable, intimate weddings without the high costs associated with larger events.
Jay is the recipient of the Massachusetts Film Award and studied film while in college.

Originally from Tennessee, Heidi has spent more than two decades in Florida. She studied hospitality and photography at UCF’s Rosen School of Hospitality Management and started her career with CFWG after graduation.
Heidi is the proud mother of three young boys and loves being part of Orlando’s vibrant tourism industry.

Born and raised in Chicago, Kim attended Governors State and Illinois State Universities.
A kind and giving member of the community, Kim stepped out of the full-time workforce to raise two wonderful sons and has been recognized multiple times by Orange County Public Schools for her contributions. Lucky for us, Kim now lends her skills and warm, friendly demeanor to CFWG’s events!
