Jay moved to Florida from Massachusetts and founded CFWG a few years after graduating from the University of Miami. His vision was to offer affordable, intimate weddings without the high costs associated with larger events.
Jay has performed over 2500 weddings in the past 18 years. He is the recipient of the Massachusetts Film Award and studied film while in college.

Originally from Tennessee, Heidi has lived in Florida for over 20 years. She attended the University of Central Florida's Rosen School of Hospitality Management studying hospitality and photography, and loves being a part of Orlando's tourism industry.
Heidi has coordinated over 2000 weddings during her time with CFWG. She has 3 young boys, Noah, Liam, and Sammy. She loves being a mom, and also really enjoys being back to work after the last maternity leave!

Born and raised in Chicago, Kim attended Governors State and Illinois State Universities.
A kind and giving member of the community, Kim stepped out of the full-time workforce to raise two wonderful sons, Charlie and Alex. She spent countless hours volunteering and has been recognized multiple times by Orange County Public Schools for her contributions. Lucky for us, Kim now lends her coordination skills and warm, friendly demeanor to CFWG’s events!
