Overseas & out-of-state residents - you can get your marriage license the same day you arrive in Florida by visiting any Courthouse, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm except for holidays. The cost is $86.00 to $98.00 depending on the location.
When you book a wedding with us, we provide you with the nearest Courthouse location to your hotel or villa.
Don't want to go to the Courthouse while you're here? You can add our marriage license service for $293.50, and we'll prepare your paperwork before you arrive to Florida!
REQUIREMENTS FOR GETTING A MARRIAGE LICENSE: Just your passports (non-US residents), or driver's licenses (US residents). Birth certificates are NOT required.
