How easy is it to get a Florida marriage license?
Very easy! We will give you all the info you need, or you can skip the Courthouse and add our marriage license service. The only legal documents you will need are your passports (for international couples) or driver's licenses (for US couples). You will NOT need to bring your birth certificates in order to get a Florida marriage license.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Additionally for US residents we accept personal checks, Venmo, & Zelle, and for UK residents we accept bank transfers (NOTE: If you are a UK resident, paying by bank transfer will save you money vs. using your credit card in most cases!)
I’m planning a vow renewal rather than a wedding. Can I still book a one of your packages?
You sure can! You would follow the same procedures as booking a wedding, except that you won’t need a marriage license or legal paperwork of any kind.
What days/times do you perform ceremonies?
PARADISE COVE: Monday through Friday, from morning until early afternoon. Weekend dates are available when booking the "Platinum" package, with weekend fee of $495.
COCOA BEACH: Monday through Friday, in the morning or evening (an hour and a half before sunset). Weekend dates (when available) can be booked for an additional fee of $200.
PADDLEFISH: Monday through Thursday, in the mornings. (Afternoons can be booked during the months of November, December, January, and February...otherwise you will melt in the afternoon heat as the sun directly hits the deck!). Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are available when also booking your reception with Paddlefish. A weekend fee of $200 applies for Saturday/Sunday ceremonies.
CHAPEL: Monday through Friday, or on Saturdays with an additional $200 fee (when available), between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Can I have more than 20 guests?
PARADISE COVE: When booking the "Elopement" or "Premium" package, additional guests can be added for $15 each (up to a total of 35 guests). When booking the "Rustic" package, additional guests can be added for $20/each (up to a total of 35 guests). When booking the "Platinum" package, additional guests can be added for $25 each (up to a total of 35 guests).
COCOA BEACH: No limit on guests (20 is the maximum for seating, but there is standing room).
PADDLEFISH: Contact us for pricing on additional guests.
CHAPEL: Additional guests can be added for $10 each after the initial 20 (up to a total of 50 guests).
How far are your locations from the Disney area?
Paradise Cove is about 5 minutes from Disney property, Cocoa Beach is about an hour's drive, Paddlefish is located on Disney property, and the chapel is about 20 minutes from Disney property.
How do I book my ceremony?
Fill in our "Book Now" form, and we will get back to you with the official booking agreement. We use a secure online contract system to send you the agreement.
How far in advance are you taking bookings?
We are currently booking through the end of 2026.
What happens if it rains?
We will either wait out the rain or perform the ceremony under the covered area.
Can I get ready at the venue?
PARADISE COVE: There is a cottage available for your use 30 minutes prior to your ceremony if you would prefer to slip into your dress there.
COCOA BEACH: While restrooms are available, they lack the space you may need to dress for your ceremony.
PADDLEFISH & CHAPEL: Restrooms are available for your use to slip into your wedding attire, or you can arrive dressed and ready.
