Our privacy policy: Your privacy is important to us. Due to the nature of our business, we ask that you provide us information about yourself and credit card information. We will only use this information to provide you with our own professional wedding services. Under no circumstances will we share your credit card information with another vendor for any purpose. Your information is safe with us.
Our payment policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the day & time. The balance is due 30 days prior to the ceremony. If you are within the 30 day period at the time of booking, full payment is required. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks (US only), Venmo, and bank transfers.
Change of date and/or time:
Paradise Cove & Island Grove Wine Company: These venues do not accept date/time changes once an official booking has been made. In order to change the agreed upon date and/or time, a new contract would need to be created and a new deposit would need to be made.
Paddlefish, Chapel, and Cocoa Beach: If you want to reschedule your ceremony, we will work with you as long as you give us at least 6 weeks notice and we have your new requested time and date available. You will receive an updated confirmation by email. A ceremony can only be rescheduled once. After that, the deposit would be forfeited.
COVID CLAUSE: If a mandatory travel ban or border closure is put in place, your ceremony can be rescheduled. The deposit will be retained in order to hold your booking, but you can use it toward a new future date.
Change of venue: We do not accept venue changes once a deposit has been made. In order to change venues a new contract would need to be created, and your deposit would not be refunded nor applied toward a new package price.
Change of package: Upgrades can be made to your package along the way, but downgrades cannot be made because a portion of your deposit is given to specific vendors based on what you book.
Our cancellation policy: In the event that you cancel your ceremony, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. If you have paid more than our required deposit, we will refund the difference (as long as you cancel at least 30 days prior to your ceremony). If you cancel 0 to 30 days prior to your ceremony, the full wedding balance will be retained and will not be refunded. If we attempt to contact you to pay your balance once we are within 30 days of your ceremony and you do not pay it, we have the right to cancel your ceremony without a refund of deposit.*
*If there is a reason that you can't pay your balance on the exact day it is due, please contact us for special arrangements. We are understanding about these things and will work with you as best we can. We would not just cancel your ceremony because you forgot to pay your balance!
Our late policy: It is very important to be on time for your ceremony - we cannot stress this enough. If you are late, you will not receive the same allotment of time that you would have originally received. We also reserve the right to omit the photos following the ceremony if there is not enough time to carry out the session. If your ceremony begins 30 minutes late, we require an additional payment of $50 for your officiant. If your ceremony begins 45 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the ceremony without refund, depending on the situation. Our late policy applies to every ceremony.
We do not collect a “security deposit,” “damage deposit,” or “cleaning deposit.” However, with any ceremony we are hosting, if you or your guests are littering or vandalizing the area, everyone in your party will be asked to leave immediately. The service, including any promises or obligations we have made to you, will be terminated without a refund. In either case, your marriage license will be returned to you incomplete, and you will be held accountable for the damages. If you have booked limousine services with us, we ask that you don't track water and large amounts of sand into the limo after your ceremony. If there is damage to the interior of the limo because of water or sand, a $150 cleaning fee will apply. Artificial petals and/or confetti are not allowed at any of our venues. If they are used, a $225 cleaning fee will apply (if this occurs at Cocoa Beach, the $225 cleaning fee will be donated to the local beach cleanup organization in your name).
Decorations: We do not allow decorations other than the ones we provide to be set up at our ceremonies. No additional tables, chairs, aisle décor, or any other additions may be made to our packages. The only exception is for the bridal bouquet and bouquets for the wedding party, which you are welcome to bring with you, as well as signs or props that you intend to use for photos.
Inclement Weather (for our outdoor locations): In the event of inclement weather, we will do everything in our power to work around it. Most of the time the rain in Florida passes quickly and is not an issue. There is a covered area at Paradise Cove and Island Grove Wine Company that can be used in the event of continuous rain. At Paddlefish there is an interior room that can be used in the event of rain. For Cocoa Beach only: If the rain chances for the time of the ceremony are 80% or above or if there is lightning, we will delay setting up until the conditions are safe. Ultimately it is up to you to provide a backup location if you are concerned about rain- we do not provide a fully indoor alternative when an outdoor ceremony is booked. There is a covered area at Cocoa Beach that can be used in the event of light rain.
Our photo/video policy: All of our packages come with professional photography, and videography can be added for an additional fee. If you choose to bring your own photographer, arrangements must be made in advance so that we can amend your package to omit our photography. If you are not utilizing our photography in your package, the "Instax photo session" cannot be added. Your guests are welcome to take photos and video - in order to achieve excellent photos for you, we ask that your guests do not take pictures while we are taking them. We will call your guests up by groups when they are needed for photos. All photographs made by our photographers are the official property of the photographer- you will be given a high-resolution copy of your images, along with a copyright release letter so that you can print/upload your images freely. Your edited photos will be completed and sent to you within 3 to 6 weeks of your ceremony (6 to 12 weeks for video). We are using flash photography on these premises, and by entering you consent to the use of your image and likeness by our company for any use.
Our live streaming service: We offer a complimentary live streaming service. This includes video and sound, with no limit on the number of "virtual guests" who can attend. In the rare event of a technical issue in which the streaming is interrupted or disconnected, we will try to access the recorded version and send it to you following the ceremony if it is available. This is a free service that we offer so there is no monetary compensation due if the live stream malfunctions for reasons beyond our control.
Pricing & Packages: All prices, services, policies, and procedures are subject to change without notice. If there is a price increase or product change after you have made a deposit on a ceremony, it will not affect your price or the elements of your package. Your package and price will remain as described in your confirmation.
