Take a keepsake with you on the very day of your ceremony: 20 vintage-inspired Instax pics (in addition to your photo session). These are not the mini but the full-sized pics, 3.9" x 2.4".

Add a traditional touch to your ceremony! The mini reception includes a two-tier cake served by an attendant. Choose between traditional or "naked" style, with a choice of flavors. Our florist will match your bouquet and cake floral, and you are also welcome to bring a cake topper.

When booking the mini reception, please add $150 to your deposit.

Add a customized, hand-crafted wedding sign to be displayed during your ceremony, and for you to take with you. The dimensions are 16" tall x 24" wide.

The sand ceremony is a modern-day version of a unity ceremony. During the wedding, you each pour sand into a glass heart bottle, a symbol of your families uniting in love. Then you take the glass heart jar home as a keepsake!

FAQ'S ABOUT ISLAND GROVE WINE COMPANY CEREMONIES

I’m planning a vow renewal rather than a wedding. Can I still book a package at Island Grove Wine Company?

You sure can! You would follow the same procedures as booking a wedding, except that you won’t need a marriage license or legal paperwork of any kind.

What days/times do you perform ceremonies?

Monday through Thursday, from morning until afternoon. Weekend dates are not available at this venue for the intimate package, as the winery books full-day private events on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Additionally for US residents we accept personal checks and Venmo, and for UK residents we accept bank transfers (NOTE: If you are a UK resident, paying by bank transfer will save you money vs. using your credit card in most cases!).

What livestream platform do you use?

We are excited about this, actually! In the past we used Zoom which was great during the pandemic but we found that the functionality of it was lacking. We now use "LoveCast" which will give your at-home viewers a great high-def picture and awesome sound.

What is the "wildflower bouquet" that is included in the package, and what are the details on the arbor floral arrangements?

The bouquet and boutonniere that are included in the package are made with seasonally available flowers - usually roses mixed with other fresh flowers currently in bloom. You can choose the color scheme, but if you are looking for specific flowers/styles, you would want to upgrade to the "premium" bouquet. The package also includes floral arrangements on the arbor, which we will match to your color scheme.

Can I have more than 20 guests?

Our intimate wedding packages include up to 20 guests. Additional guests can be added for $35 each (up to a total of 35 guests). You are welcome to have a bridal party standing up with you, but they do count towards your total guest count.

Do you provide music if we don't add a live musician?

We will play traditional or classical wedding music through our speaker for you, or songs of your choice (if available on Spotify).

How does the cocktail hour work and what exactly does it include?

Your bar (wine, beer, and sparkling wine) will open as you arrive for your ceremony. After your ceremony and portraits, we will transition into your cocktail hour where your food selections will be displayed along with the bar remaining open. When you get in touch with us about booking your package, we will send you the list of available choices for the drinks and appetizers.

How does the mini reception work?

At the start of your cocktail hour, we take photos of the two of you cutting the cake and toasting with your guests. Then our attendant cuts and serves cake to your guests later on after they have had the opportunity to enjoy the appetizers and cheese platters.

Are we able to book a meal following our cocktail hour?

Yes! If you would like a formal meal with your guests following your cocktail hour, the winery has an extensive menu to choose from. If you are interested in this, let us know at the time of inquiry/booking so we can make sure there is availability for your date.

How far is Island Grove Wine Company from the Disney area?

The winery is located in the Formosa Gardens area off of Highway 192 in Kissimmee, which is right near the "Maingate" entrance to Disney.

How do I book my ceremony?

Fill in the form on the "Book Now!" page, or send an email to Heidi@CentralFloridaWeddingGroup.com, and let her know your full names, preferred ceremony date & time, and which package you would like to book.

How far in advance are you taking bookings?

We are currently booking between now and the end of 2026.

If I have my ceremony booked at Island Grove Wine Company, what happens if it rains?

We will either wait out the rain or perform the ceremony under the covered area. In the event of heavy rain, the ceremony can be moved indoors.

Can I get ready at the venue?

For this venue, we ask our couples to arrive dressed and ready. You can stagger your arrival times so that you don't see each other until walking down the aisle.
